Harvest Road Beef
Ours is a vertically integrated gate-to-plate beef business. Our operation spans six stations and 1.3 million hectares of remote mineral-rich land in North Western Australia plus a state-of-the-art plant, the region’s largest, benefiting from a long history and major investment in new technology. All our meat is 100% traceable, ethically raised and sustainably produced to the highest animal welfare standards.
Harvest Road Aquaculture
The pristine natural waters of the Western Australian coastline are the perfect location to grow premium quality oysters. Working hand in hand with environmental groups and leading research institutions, our aim is to create a sustainable oyster industry, putting WA on the map as a quality source of premium oysters to the domestic and international markets. Harvest Road Horticulture
The focus of our horticulture business is high quality Western Australian produce for the local and export markets. It bears all our Harvest Road hallmarks – experience and knowledge, gate to plate ownership, full traceability, a commitment to biological, sustainable farming and strong ethical principles. Expert growing to specialist packing, all under one ‘roof’. Sweet potato and rockmelon are our current crops, picked for their quality and suitability for our climate, with additional high value options also undergoing trials for inclusion.
